I’m Back with Waffles

Good evening! This week, I had four midterm exams in four days and didn’t have time for anything besides studying. I didn’t blog. And I made only 1/3 of my meals. Friday, I was exhausted – sleeping only 4 hours a night was hard on me. I regained my energy over the weekend! Yesterday I went at Walmart and found a waffle maker for 10$!

Coconut Dream Butternut, Sweet Potato & Apple Soup

Good morning! As I said last night, I have a soup recipe to share with you this morning! And it is d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. And easy to make! Get your ingredients together. Peel, cut and chop fruits and veggies. Cook onion and spices. Add fruits, veggies and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer. Blend everything together and eat a delicious soup.
