Two Days Worth
Yesterday I was at Diran’s all day. We woke up at nearly 11 am so breakfast was also lunch! I had a toasted whole wheat croissant with Nutella. It is not the type of breakfast I have at home but I think it is okay to indulge sometimes, and for breakfast it is either at Diran’s or at restaurants! I also had a pink grapefruit
One Day, Three Easy Meals
Hi! Hope you’re having a great day! Diran came to sleep at my place last night and we went to bead late. We woke up at 10 am and I made us pancakes. I practically always use Angela’s Healthy Spelt Pancakes For One recipe. They are delicious, easy and healthy! I doubled the recipe and added cocoa powder to make chocolate pancakes! Work Day
Today was an All-I-did-was-work day. I slept at my boyfriend’s, had to come back to my apartment to get my uniform and had breakfast on the go: I had a bagel with pineapple cream cheese with fresh local blackberries. Diran stole a bite of my bagel… not that surprising ;). I worked from 10 am to 6:30 pm. I was supposed to finish at 4
Today is Someday
For about 3 months now, I’ve been writing a recipe-only blog, Vegan Delicious. And I LOVE writing… sometimes I actually cook something just to write on my blog! I also began reading many healthy living blogs, the first one being Oh She Glows. And everyday, I read and say to myself: someday, you will have a healthy living blog, you will write every day but
