Work Night

I worked from 4 pm to 9:15 pm. There was not that much people at the supermarket but it was still occupied enough to drain my energy. Coming home at 10:30 pm doesn’t help either! Good afternoon! This morning I had vegan overnight oats. They were delicious: Fig and Walnut Vegan Overnight Oats Print recipe Ingredients: 1/3 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 2 dashes cinnamon Pulp of two dried figs (cut the fig in four to get the pulp out with a knife) 1 tsp maple syrup 1 cup milk (I use almond milk)

Blueberry and Flax Vegan Overnight Oats

This morning I had vegan overnight oats. I habitually make them with chia seeds but didn’t have any left so I used flax instead.
