Little Kitchen Trick: How I Store Flour Bags (and others…)

There are a lot of ways to store pantry goodies.
An effective way is to transfer everything to air-tight containers. Which I do for grains and brown sugar. But for pantry items that come in bags, I prefer to keep the original packaging.
That I need to keep closed.

Which I do without bag clips.
Because I already have something even more effective…

Binder clips!

It stays in place. Cheap bag clips can slip off easily. Not binder clips.

I started using paper clips when I was in dorms and had to close a raisins bag! And never stopped using them!

These binder clips look great. I use a lot of containers but for the bags I tend to use elastic bands and laundry clips! Yes, binder clips are definitely better đŸ˜‰

I also do the binder clips! That works best for me, too.
