One Day – Yummy Eats & Something New

Good evening!

This morning’s breakfast featured the greatest winter morning breakfast (translation: quick & hot).
Oatmeal!

In the mix:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 chopped apple
  • Couple pinches brown sugar
  • 2 dashes ground cinnamon

It was the first time I made oatmeal with a chopped apple and it was delicious! I cooked it with the oats and it was perfect. + it sweetened the oatmeal naturally ;).

I had my physiological psychology class until 11:30 am. It was on sleep – very interesting!
I had to take the bus just after class to go downtown so I ate a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for lunch. Just a little reminder of childhood ;).

But what did I do downtown?
I picked up my new glasses! Love them :).

I came home and relaxed a little before going back to school at 4 pm. I had my harassment formation for the voluntary work I do – kiosks on different problems to inform and help students.
Since it was from 4 pm until 7 pm and I usually have dinner at 5-6 pm, I brought a smoothie with be.

In the mix:

  • Almond milk
  • Amazing Grass Berry Green SuperFood
  • 1/2 banana
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Fresh raspberries

The formation was very interesting. We learned about forms of harassment, the laws in Quebec concerning harassment and the politics at the University to prevent and put an end to harassment. The kiosk is next week!

Coming home, I was starving! I started with a mixed greens salad with Italian dressing & sprouts.

I then had Pasta Gratin. I wanted chili but still have two portions left of the pasta and need to eat it. Don’t want to throw it out!

I am now doing laundry. I know, it is exciting.
I’ll try going to bed early to study tomorrow morning!
Have a great evening/good night!
