Last Exam

Good afternoon!

Today was my last midterm exam: physiological psychology. I studied like a crazy person all weekend. Last night, I went to sleep a little after midnight and woke up this morning at 5 am to study a little more. I didn’t sleep well… I guess I was more stressed than I thought.

When I woke up, I immediately ate an apple.
Immediately but I still thought about pictures…
But only after eating it!

And I had two Zesty Raisin Muffins (ended up eating only 1 1/2). And grapefruit juice (straight from the carton… I’m that kind of lazy person).

My exam went very well!
Happy me. 😀

I came home at about 10 am.
And I had a Chewy Maple Nut Cookie to reward myself. They got a little hard but 10 seconds in the microwave and they’re chewy again!

I read blogs and wanted to go grocery shopping right away to cook all afternoon but I felt exhausted. I ended up in my bed until practically 3 pm!
Since I hadn’t eaten lunch yet, I had a cereal bowl (I know, not the best meal ever).

Dinner will be quite tasty, thought (see you tonight for that!).
And caloric intake won’t be an issue today. I’m going grocery shopping now, and what happens on November 1st? Big boxes of candy in sale! 🙂
Me resisting candy = not going to happen.

I’m so happy to be able to blog (more than recipes!) again. Exams are done and I have no school work. Nothing to read or study! Until tomorrow afternoon ;).

I also decided I’ll try to make more recipes that can last me a couple of meals without me getting tired of eating it. If I have lots of school work to do and nothing ready, I’m more tempted in buying take-out – less healthy and not budget-friendly! This week I’m making a couple of recipes I’ve been wanting to do for a long time and I can’t wait to share them with you!

See you tonight with the first one ;).
