Rainy Day Week

It’s been raining since Tuesday, but today was a raining-non-stop kind of day. And raining hard too. And weather really affect my energy levels. It is not the rain – it is the darkness. I am the kind of person who can’t sleep with a little light (I have fake-leather curtains) and the opposite is also true: I feel tired when darkness strikes. Of course, I still manage to have some energy but I feel tired earlier.

This afternoon I went to the mall because I need a throw for my sofa but I didn’t find one that I liked. And while I waited for the bus, all my energy went away! I was late to make the dinner I wanted to make (needs to marinate) and actually didn’t even felt like bringing a pot of water to a boil to make pasta.

So I got food delivered.

Vegetable dumplings.

And Vegetarian Singapore-Style Vermicelli. I sat down and watched Desperate Housewives (season 6) while eating. I then decided to pass all evening in front of the computer watching TV episodes. And then I felt bad for not studying, stood up, put on my raining boots and went at Starbucks.

I studied and then went to the grocery store – I needed to go and was already outside. And then I found something…

Angela @ Oh She Glows went to Paris and bought some Kusmi Tea. Seeing those containers, I had the feeling that I saw them numerous times. Since there is a location in Montreal, I assumed I must have passed in front of the store without paying attention.

Today I realized it was not the case. I did see this tea numerous times.
Because it is at one of my local grocery stores.

Being the tea addict that I am, I couldn’t resist and bought one (only one!) countainer of Kusmi Tea. I hesitated between Green almond and Black violet. I opted for black tea since I have lots of loose leaf green tea and no black tea.

Mmmm… Smells good! Now I know what tea I’m drinking tomorrow morning!

I’ll relax a little before going to sleep. I’ll dream about tea ;).
