Mint, Chocolate & Strawberry Green Smoothie

Good morning!

Today I have a formation (for volunteering) from 9 am until 5 pm. I have 4 midterms this week, so after I am studying like a crazy person ;).

I made myself one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had and wanted to share the recipe with you!

Mint, Chocolate & Strawberry Green Smoothie

Print recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate Nesquick
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries (if using fresh, add ice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted wheat germ

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Serves 1

Yum! It was absolutely delicious!

I use Nesquick because I don’t like the taste of cocoa powder in smoothies but you can use cocoa powder instead if you like it (and add a little bit of sweetener).

Have a great weekend!
