Headache goes for New Tea

Good afternoon!

For today’s breakfast, I was craving cold cereal! And the only reason I had some was because I use rice crisp cereal in my vegan overnight oats parfaits.
So rice crisp cereal it was.

About 1 hour after waking up, I had a headache… it seems like still haven’t fully recovered from my lack of sleep of last week.
So I’m taking a slow day, watching season 6 of Private Practice and reading blogs all afternoon!

Lunch was leftover take out from last week. Singapore-style noodles:

And my headache called for some herbal tea.
I tried a new tea!

Chunks of fruit mingle with chocolate chips and flecks of chili? I’m up for that!

This herbal tea is full of big pieces of fruit! I opted for herbal tea since caffeine and headache don’t go together ;).

Verdict: this tea is light tasting with subtle heat from the chili. Delicious!
I’ve discovered chocolate tea recently and highly recommend it – it is a decadent guilt-free treat :D.
Going back to relaxing ;).
