Are You a Peanut Butter Lover?

Good evening!

My weekend: wake up, study, go to sleep (and eat somewhere in the middle). Tomorrow is thanksgiving and I’m studying all day… until dinner: I am making a great dinner for Diran and I since we mostly ate at restaurants all weekend.

Soup is cooking on the stove (I’ll give you the recipe tomorrow morning) and I made myself an awesome little treat…

Coconut & Raisin Peanut Butter Ball(s)

Print recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (I used crunchy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut, divided

Directions: Mix peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix in raisins and 1/2 tsp coconut. Form a ball and roll it in remaining coconut. Eat it.

Makes 1 ball.

It is that simple! And you can make as many as needed!

See you tomorrow

You must be in Canada if you are celebrating T-giving already. I am in the US, but I'm Canadian so happy belated T-giving. PB ball looks nice and tasty!
