Yoga in the Morning

Good morning!

Today I woke up and did Yoga! I wasn’t hungry so I decided to have breakfast after. I did a routine in the september 2010 issue of Women’s Health Magazine. I thought it would take me about 30 minutes but it finally only took me 15! Still, I stretched for about 10 minutes – I’ve never been flexible so some stretching is always good ;).

After I took my shower, I made myself a tropical smoothie!

It doesn’t look tropical, but it is: pineapple juice, banana, frozen mango, frozen peaches and Vanilla Chai Amazing Meal. I am currently drinking it and it is absolutely delicious!
I used a frozen banana and it was too thick for my cheap blender so I added almond milk. Still, my blender refused to mix everything! I had to use a spoon many times. I think I’ll have to switch to my hand blender…

I have to get ready for school. It is my first school day on a Monday! What does it mean? New class, of course! I have physiological psychology – I can’t wait, I love biology so I think I’ll love this class!

See you later,
