Amazing Meal in my VOO

Good morning!

After a successful Amazing Meal smoothie yesterday, I decided to try it in my vegan overnight oats. The powder sweetens the oats but I actually prefer them without it. I have also tried adding a little cocoa powder and didn’t like it that much… I think I just prefer being able to taste the milk ;). So next time, Amazing Meal is reserved for my smoothies!
Fruit Salad Vegan Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop Amazing Grass Amazing Meal Vanilla Chai Infusion powder (optional)
  • 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • Lots of fresh/unfrozen/dried fruits of your choice (I used unfrozen peach and mango, 1 fresh apple and 1/2 banana and dried currants)
  • Maple syrup

Directions: In a bowl, whisk the pats, chia seeds, powder and milk for 30 sec-1 min. Put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, mix in the fruits, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
