When You Finally Have Bread, Bananas & Eggs

You make Caitlin’s Grilled Banana Sandwich.

Because it looks delicious.
Because it is easy.
Because you want to make it every time she makes it. But you never have bread, bananas and eggs.

And one day, coming home from the grocery store with bread and bananas, you realize that you can make it because you have eggs in the refrigerator.
And so you wait patiently until your green bananas are “ripe”.
And make yourself a Grilled Banana Sandwich.

Then, you realize the recipe should come with a warning (“After eating this, you may have the eating-too-much-french-toast syndrome).
I knew it would be good. But when that good is that easy… let’s just say I’ll have bread, bananas & eggs more often ;).

And as a maple syrup addict anonymous I replaced the powdered sugar with maple syrup.

I had breakfast at 11 am: I woke up a 9:30 but was so excited about my award that I forgot about breakfast until I was done sending it to 15 other bloggers ;).

I also had a big glass of peach juice!

It is more peach nectar than peach juice ;). I looooove fruit nectars!

I have my statistics class at 1 pm so I’ll bring snacks with me.
See you tonight!
