Good morning!
Breakfast was 2 whole-wheat toast with Earth Balance & Raspberry jam and a clementine.
I don’t even remember the last time I had jam on my toasts! It really hit a spot :-).
A little problem that often comes with store-bought jam is sugar. Most are looooaaaaded in sugar. I personally think that jam is supposed to be fruit… And so I buy this jam:
Believe me or not: Wilkin & Sons LTD jam doesn’t have any added sugar. And no gelatin either.
Here is proof:
Raspberries, concentrated grape extract, fruit pectin, lemon juice.
It is more expensive but one of the things that is worth every penny :-).
You might think that it doesn’t taste sweet enough… but it is as sweet as any other jam: you just taste the fruit!

Raspberry Jam is my FAV!!! I always buy the prganic 100% fruit spreads…lil pricier, but well worth it!
