Sunny Day

Good evening!

After more than 2 weeks of cloudy, rainy days… we had 2 sunny days in a row!

Me = Happy to see the sun!

I went to Starbucks at 7 am to study and had a chocolate muffin & latte for breakfast. I then came home at 11 am and needed something easy for lunch.

I had portabella & cheese nuggets.

With BBQ sauce & a big pile of veggies.

I had class until 4 pm. I brought coffee (not tea!) with me – I usually buy bold moka coffee but I decided to try Starbucks Anniversary blend.

It is the best coffee I’ve ever made at home! I love very bold coffee and this one is perfect. I thought that the light spicy was great. I’ll drink tons of coffee until this seasonal blend is no longer available ;).

After class, I went to Pacini with Diran. I had a cheese pizza and now I don’t feel very well.
Mint Lime Ginger herbal tea will make me feel better. It has to: I have to study at least a little tonight!

Already feeling a little better ;).
Tea is always my solution when I’m not feeling great. Maybe it’s in my head, but it does work!
What do you do when you’re not feeling well?

Agreeed! Kukicha tea in particular.. also just hot water with lemon! Anything with ginger in it makes me feel a lot better as well.. like the Magical Healing Soup from The Kind Diet.
