The Toy Choy Experience

Good afternoon!

This morning I had a smoothie (the only one this week!)

Almond milk, Greek yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 scoop Amazing Meal and frozen strawberries.

I’ve started making smoothies about a year ago… How did I live without them for so long?

I had a class from 8:30 am until 11:30 am. I came home and watched Grey’s Anatomy with Diran before making lunch.
And now – new veggie.
I tried mini Toy Choy – sauteed with olive oil and onions.

I love the texture but didn’t love the taste. I think it would be great with seasonings or in a salad. I’ll try and tell you about it!

I had linguine with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper as a main dish.

It was my first time adding balsamic vinegar to plain pasta. It was good but I prefer olive oil only.

I’m going at my grandparent’s for the weekend and they don’t have the Internet, so I’ll see you Sunday. I might get to experiment with my camera since I’ll be in nature ;).
