QUESTION: What did I do last night (besides cleaning)?

Ingredients:
- Chocolate of your choice*
- Small pretzels
- Sprinkles
*Note: The first time I made these I used milk chocolate and it doesn’t melt that well.
I don’t really take measurements to do these but as a guideline, for half a 320g bag of pretzels, I used:
- 1 bar (100g) Lindt 85% dark chocolate
- 1 box (170g) Baker’s white chocolate
- 2 leftover squares semisweet chocolate
Also, even thought there is less dark chocolate in grams, it made about the same amount of pretzels as the white since it is less thick.
Vegans can totally make these: use only dark chocolate! It is the better one anyway; I just love the visual effect of white and dark ;).
It is definitely perfect to make as a homemade gift! Put in a beautiful box and you’re good to go!
Oh, and breakfast was two slices of banana bread… Last bite was today!
