Pumpkin Spice (latte) Smoothie

Good morning!

This morning’s breakfast featured pumpkin… in a smoothie.

Pumpkin Spice (latte) Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp instant espresso (skip it for a pumpkin spice (not latte) smoothie)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

I’m drinking this yummy goodness while writing this post! I have funerals today and am leaving for Quebec City in less than 30 min. I’m coming back late.
