Pasta & Glo Bar

Good evening!

For lunch I wanted something easy and quick but still full of flavors. Is there a best way to get all of this than pasta?

I had whole-wheat linguine with Classico Spicy Red Pepper pasta sauce, capers and shredded Romano cheese. Salty, spicy… delicious!

I have no problem using store-bought pasta sauce but I don’t buy those with sugar in them. In my opinion, it doesn’t improve the taste. About half of all the sauces available are sugar-free so just look at the labels!

I had my social psychology class from 1 pm until 4 pm and I had an Endure Glo Bar as a snack.

I bought a Glo Variety Pack that I received last Friday. These bars are chewy, which is the way I like them to be. I tried the Adore, Classic and Endure Glo Bars. I though the Adore Glo Bar would be my favorite (s’more!) but it was the Endure Glo Bar that I had today – it is out of this world! The dry fruit makes the bar sweeter and it is what I liked about this bar.
I do have a couple others to try ;).

I came home and Diran and I watched and episode of Grey’s Anatomy together. Then I made dinner – that was even quicker than lunch!
I made Orient Soba noodles, to which I added more sesame seeds.

These are great convenience food but it doesn’t keep you full for long!

I went to Starbucks to study until 10 pm. (I had a hot chocolate… Yummy)
I’m getting tired so I’ll relax a little before going to bed. Even though my class is only at 1 pm tomorrow, I want to study in the morning!
See you tomorrow,
