Iced Coffee in a French Press

I just came home from my class on infants and children. It is going to be very interesting but for today we saw some basics that I already learned last year!

For breakfast, I had a Banana Spelt Biscuits sandwich! (1 1/2 sandwich actually).

Two Biscuits with cream cheese and chia seeds inside. Drizzled with maple syrup! I call this heaven.

I had iced coffee with it. With the hot weather we’ve been having, it was perfect!

How to make iced coffee with a french press
There is nothing easier: Using cold water, put the same amount of ground coffee and water as you would normally. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, press and enjoy!

Now I’m going to make lunch. I have many things to do this afternoon so I’ll probably have to do my readings after dinner!
