Good evening!
When dinner time came today, I had a craving. A big one.
For veggies. Yes, I just wanted a big bowl full of vegetables.
And so I took this out of the refrigerator:
And I made this out of it:
A big bowl made of:
- 1/2 orange cauliflower
- 3 carrots
Mashed with:
- Milk
- Goat cheese
- Les Herbes Salées du Bas-du-Fleuve seasoning (Made of veggies, herbs and salt. It is only available in Quebec but it could probably be replaced by herbamare)
And then sprinkled with black pepper!
Yes, it did satisfy my craving – and my hunger too.
But I did have a snack later. A handful of Alexia’s spicy sweet potato fries.
I didn’t study a lot tonight – I really needed some rest!
