Breakfast on the Go

Good afternoon!

This morning I woke up late so I didn’t have much time to get ready to go to school. Solution: breakfast on the go.
I had a delicious crunchy apple while walking to school.

And a peanut butter & banana sandwich when I got to sit down in class.

It was gooood. đŸ˜‰ I also brought green tea with me!
Mid-class, I ate half an empower glo bar as a snack.

I had one yesterday afternoon and it is INCREDIBLE. If you like coffee, you’ll like this bar! I really love the smell of coffee grains and it smells just like that when you open it!

I came home and got my new bed and mattress (birthday gift!). I was really hungry when the delivery men left so I needed something quick!

“Baked” microwaved sweet potato with spicy butter (earth balance, garlic powder, turmeric, chili powder) and leftover wakame salad from Sushi Shop.

I love butter! When I was a kid, I used to eat spoons of butter!

How to “bake” a sweet potato in the microwave:
Stab the potato with a fork or a knife in a couple of places. Wrap in a wet paper towel and microwave for 6 minutes turning after 3.
If you want to bake a regular potato in the microwave, cook for 4 minutes and turn after 2.

This afternoon I’m studying with a friend and I have some cleaning to do tonight!
See you later, I’m trying a new veggie tonight!
