Birthday Girl

Good afternoon!

Last night I went at Pacini with Diran for my birthday (which is today)!
The lights are very dim in this restaurant but I still managed to take some pictures ;).

We shared half a pitcher of sangria. We usually never drink at restaurants – but this was a special occasion!

There is a soup or salad included with every meal so I had an asparagus cream:

And we shared french fries with fried red onion and zucchini.

These are sprinkled with parmesan and herbs – delicious!

My entree was cheese tortellini with pink sauce but the picture ended up being a big pink spot ;). I ate half of it and I’ll eat the rest tomorrow.

Since dessert is an obligation when it’s your birthday (any excuse goes for a dessert!), I had a profiterole.

We went to see some friends at a bar for about an hour and slept at Diran’s house. Today we went at the library to study.

And what were my gifts? A printer and a bed from by grandparents and…
A DSLR Camera (Canon Rebel XS) – Diran paid part of it and I paid the rest. Now I have to learn how to use it ;). This is the end of big pink spots.

Tonight I’m going to eat with a friend for my birthday so I’ll see you tomorrow morning!
