This morning’s breakfast featured pumpkin… in a smoothie.
- 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp instant espresso (skip it for a pumpkin spice (not latte) smoothie)
- 2-3 ice cubes
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
I’m drinking this yummy goodness while writing this post! I have funerals today and am leaving for Quebec City in less than 30 min. I’m coming back late.
