This morning’s breakfast was quick, but didn’t involve a smoothie!
Plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, granola, chia seeds and strawberries. It was to die for!
This is one of my favorite weekday breakfast when I don’t want to have a smoothie – so simple to make! I don’t make it often since my grocery store doesn’t always have Greek yogurt. I highly prefer Greek yogurt since, though it is fat free, it is thick and creamy like high-fat regular yogurt.
I went to school and came back home to have lunch – leftover vegan stuffed pepper!
It is not really a stuffed pepper but still delicious ;).
I’m going to study all afternoon and then I’m going out to eat dinner with Diran – for my birthday, which is tomorrow!
We are going to a bar to see some friends after, so I’ll see you tomorrow morning.
