- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop Amazing Grass Amazing Meal Vanilla Chai Infusion powder (optional)
- 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- Lots of fresh/unfrozen/dried fruits of your choice (I used unfrozen peach and mango, 1 fresh apple and 1/2 banana and dried currants)
- Maple syrup
Directions: In a bowl, whisk the pats, chia seeds, powder and milk for 30 sec-1 min. Put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, mix in the fruits, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
